Lost In Disco turns ten

Saturday 20 March 2027, Bush Hall, London

We’ve been selling out parties at Bush Hall since 2017. Ten years on, we’re celebrating with our biggest night yet.

Ten Years of Lost In Disco
Saturday 20 March 2027 · Bush Hall

The first Lost In Disco was at Bush Hall, nearly ten years ago. On Saturday 20 March 2027 we’re back there to celebrate the anniversary, with our biggest night yet.

Expect a full 70s and 80s takeover: the big disco hits, the deep cuts and the vintage dancefloor classics we’ve been playing since the start. For one night, Bush Hall becomes our own Studio 54, with glamour, outrageous outfits and a lot of glitter. Dress up.

Jason and Jonnie are on the decks all night, as always. The Meyer Dancers bring the spirit of Pan’s People, and the glitter station will be open.

Whether you’ve been coming since the early nights at Bush Hall, danced with us in Brighton or Ibiza, joined us at The Social or The Knox, or you’re coming for the first time, we’d love to see you there.

Tickets are on sale now, with discounted rates for groups. Bring your friends.

FAQ

Classic disco, 70s soul and 80s funk – the real stuff, played loud. Think Chic, Earth Wind & Fire, Donna Summer, Shalamar, Chaka Khan, Sister Sledge, Michael Jackson and plenty more. The emphasis is always on the dancefloor – big anthems, deep grooves and the kind of tracks that make a room go from warm to euphoric in about eight bars. No novelty sets, no fancy dress megamixes. Just the golden age of dance music, done properly.
Not at all – although many make the effort and if you’re going to do it, authenticity is always appreciated. Real 70s and 80s glamour, vintage finds, wrap dresses, flares, platforms and silk shirts are exactly right if you’re going for it. Party shop disco costumes and Abba jumpsuits maybe less so. Think the real era, not a parody of it. If in doubt: would they have worn it at Studio 54?

A genuinely mixed one – and that’s one of the things people always comment on. Lost In Disco attracts people who actually love the music: lifelong disco fans, people who grew up with this stuff, younger faces discovering it for the first time, and everyone in between. Every age, every colour, every gender. Check out our image galleries, or the video on the right and see. The common thread is that everyone’s there for the same reason. The atmosphere tends to look after itself when the room is full of lovely people who care about what’s playing.

Bush Hall is at 310 Uxbridge Road, Shepherd’s Bush, London W12 7LJ. It’s one of London’s most beautiful small venues – an Edwardian ballroom with original chandeliers and a proper sprung dancefloor that makes every night feel special.

By tube: Shepherd’s Bush Market (Hammersmith & City line) is a 3-minute walk. Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) is about 8 minutes on foot.
By bus: numerous routes stop on Uxbridge Road directly outside.
There is no parking at the venue so public transport is strongly recommended.

If you love music that makes you want to move, you’ll have a brilliant time. A lot of our crowd come as much for the atmosphere and the feeling of love in the room as for any deep knowledge of the genre. That said, if you do know your Nile Rodgers from your Sylvester, you’ll be in very good company.
